How does your pricing work?
We price our jobs by size rather than by the hour. This makes it easier for you to manage your budget. We typically need the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the square footage of the home. Homes that are extra dirty may have additional costs since it takes us longer to complete.
How many cleaners do you send?
This is dependent upon the size and job type. Most jobs will have one cleaner for 2-3 hours. Deep cleans or larger properties will require additional cleaners.
How does payment work?
Are your employees background checked?
We want to ensure a safe environment for everyone so we background check all of our employees before they begin work.
Do I have to be home during a cleaning?
No, we just need access to the property. We’ll come clean and you get to come home to a nice fresh house!
Do I need to lock up my pets?
We love animals! We have no issues with friendly pets roaming free. If your animal is aggressive, we do ask that you keep it away so our cleaners are safe.
Are you insured?
Yes, Spur Service Pros maintains a General Liability policy as well as Worker’s Compensation for all employees.
What happens if something gets broken or damaged?
We ask that our employees report any damage to management and Spur Service Pros will work with you to correct the issue.
What if I’m not satisfied with my clean?
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please reach out to us if you are unhappy with a clean and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Feedback is always appreciated.
What other services do you offer?
Currently, we offer cleaning services in Cedar City, St. George, Salt Lake County, and Utah County. We also offer home repair/remodeling services in Salt Lake County and Davis County. We are always expanding our services so check back soon if we aren’t currently offering the service you need.
