How does payment work?
Are your employees background checked?
We want to ensure a safe environment for everyone so we background check all of our employees before they begin work.
Do I have to be home during service?
No, we just need access to the property.
Do I need to lock up my pets?
We love animals! We have no issues with friendly pets roaming free. If your animal is aggressive, we do ask that you keep it away so our employees are safe.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are appropriately licensed and insured as required by law.
What happens if something gets broken or damaged?
We ask that our employees report any damage to management and Spur Service Pros will work with you to correct the issue.
What if I’m not satisfied with my service?
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please reach out to us if you are unhappy with service and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Feedback is always appreciated.
What other services do you offer?
Currently, we offer cleaning services in Cedar City, St. George, Salt Lake County, and Utah County. We also offer home repair/remodeling services in Salt Lake County and Davis County.
